Pay: Up to $35/hr DOE

Hours: Monday-Thursday 4:30PM-2:30AM

Job Type: Temp-Hire

Location: Tulsa, Ok

Job Description:

Experienced CNC Machinist needed. Ten years’ experience setting up and operating multi-axis CNC machines preferable.

Candidates need to have experience with:

•           HAAS Controls

•           Fanuc Controls

•           Milling Setups

•           Horizontal/Vertical machining

The CNC Machinist will set up machines and produce quality parts using the CNC mills. Candidate should be competent to:

•           Make complete and accurate set ups without assistance.

•           Properly set up and run 3, 4 and 5-axis milling machines.

•           Verify quality through in-process inspection.

•           Have the ability and willingness to run multiple machines.

•           Read programs and make speeds and feeds program changes.

•           Troubleshoot jobs.

•           Check part dimensions (less CMM).

The qualifications and requirements of the position include:

•           10 years’ experience preferred setting up and running multi-axis CNC machines desired.

•           Aerospace experience a plus.

•           Proficiency in using precision measuring tools.

•           Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T.

•           Understanding and interpretation of customer specifications.

•           Familiarity with G and M programming codes.

•           Proficiency using HAAS and Fanuc Control. Mazatrol turning a plus but not required.

•           Grasp at basic math.

•           A desire for continual improvement.

•           A willingness to work as a team player and follow instructions.
